For 2021, all of our patients are VIP’s! Each qualifying referral will be rewarded with Free Car wash pass to Metro Express Car Wash!* You will also receive entries for our next Patient Referral Contest drawing. The more patients you refer, the more entries you receive!
- 1st referral of 2021 = 3 entries
- 2nd referral = 5 entries
- 3rd referral = 10 entries
- 4th referral = 15 entries
